On days when you're serving a group of family or friends it's nice to have recipes on deck for larger breakfasts. One of our favorites is the perfect and simple Mozzarella and Red Pepper Frittata recipe. This is a great standby because it's a cinch to make and has enough protein to hold everyone over until lunch. It's also a hit with the kids which is a huge relief because they need good nutrition to sustain their energy. I love them to start off the day with this healthy, hearty breakfast!
